This online training will explore the various forms that may be required for you to complete as part of the Registry. Each training requires that a Scheduling Form is submitted. However, other forms may be required based on your specific circumstances such as a change in the original time length of an approved training.

During this online training the following information will be covered; an overview of the Illinois Trainer Network (ITN) , an overview of the Gateways to Opportunity Registry, pre-training paperwork procedures, training guidelines, post-training paperwork procedures and the performance appraisal process.
